I assume the wedding was all important and celebrated widely in England. I assume that because it was here too. Everyone was talking about it and most people I know watched it even if they declared loudly that they wouldn't!

The coverage started here at midnight of that day, so I saved two different programs on the PVR. Last night I went to bed early and thoroughly enjoyed watching the proceedings. I could fast forward through the announcers talking which kept everything moving along quite nicely. I'm glad it all went according to plan :) There's a little old lady who made it into our local newspaper...she has a large royal collection...I happened to be in a shop she was in the day after the wedding. Apparently she had stayed up all night to watch it, and was thrilled to bits!

I wasn’t going to watch it, but I did and loved every minute of it.

I am impressed that you have not one but two lovely blogs. I didn't see the wedding live as planned but enjoyed seeing it all later.

Couldn't agree more Lou.. The Royal Wedding was something for us all to be proud of and time to come together as a nation and celebrate without prejudice.
