chocolate and cranberry muffins ...
Baked in red gingham cases, especially for Valentine's Day.
I'd say no thanks to oysters or champagne, unless in this shape or form.
The food of love.
I'd say yes please to chocolate.
This bar of the smooth and creamy kind ended up in the shopping trolley, with muffins in mind!
Romantic red roses for Valentine's Day.
The flowers of love.
These sweet cranberries look just like dried rose petals.
Cranberries are naturally fat and cholestrol free, low in sodium, and a good source of dietary fibre. They are high in vitamin C, and contain the most antioxidants compared with nineteen other fruits.
Soft and chewy chocolate and cranberry muffins.
The new food of love!
Happy St Valentine's Day.

Irresistible -- and why resist when it has good nutrition, too!
Cake that can call itself a health food, love it!

I would rather have chocolate than oysters and champagne any day! I bet they tasted delicious. The gingham cases added a lovely touch too! x
Ooh,yummy..what a lovely combination! I love Valentine's Day because I can eat chocolate without feeling guilty..well not TOO much.(guilt that is..not choc!)
Hope you ahd a lovely day. :0)
Lovely Valentine's Day muffins - they look delicious:)
I was sure I left a comment here! I love your gingham cups. Anyway, the muffins I made after reading about your combination of cranberries and chocolate turned out delicious! I've put a photo of them on my blog and a link to the recipe I found :)
Anything made with chocolate and I am first in line. Your muffins look delicious.
Love your great photo of just the cranberries....
I make cranberry banana muffins as one of my more or less "regulars"...for Mr. BV's lunches. I like to keep a stash of frozen muffins in the freezer. I could just add some chocolate...mmmm.... usually I do banana chocolate chip muffins...but, this could be perfect...encompassing all of the above.
I made some lovely dark chocolate cupcakes.... and tried icing them decoratively with pink icing....but.... I need to take a course. I ended up scraping off most of it....and doing it the old fashioned way...like Mom used to do....with a knife. They still tasted reeeeellly good and I appreciated the much lesser amount of icing....
motorcycling soon begin! after a dead season with no fun tv coverage... I've been watching too much food tv.....
They look very yummy.
Oh that looks yummy. I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day.
