What a lovely little blog you have! I happened on it by accident, but what a happy accident it was. I would like to visit often, browsing it is like a walk down a pretty lane.
I love these kind of photos Louise.. Very nice collection of jewellery your great great Aunt Bess is wearing.. are those jet earrings I see.. and a huge cameo brooch??
Hi Louise! I am loving all the bun and bunnyness you have going on on your blog! Such easter fun! (Visit my blog to look at easter baskets!) I also love your family photos, they are beautiful. So cool that you have them, and so cool that you know so much about them!
Hi Louise:) I enjoyed checking out your great, great aunt AND her great little dog! Don't you just love old things and thinking about your family way back then? I also love your rabbit pictures and poems. You're right; chocolate ones are best.
Those are some really cool photos. You must love being in posession of them. I love old photos. I could stare at them for a long time and wonder about the person in them and how they lived. That's just really neat.
Oh, I had to stifle a laugh at the picture of Aunt Bess and Dandy Duke. That is a GREAT shot. His little ear cocked like that...very cute. She looks slightly apprehensive, as if she's expecting him to bark or jump off that furry blanket any minute.
Boy, I hope my kids have some shots like that of me when I'm gone.
