my photos
colours of the moment ...
I know that indoor Pot Mums aren't everyones cup of tea, but they do last for ages, and the one above comes in just the colour for any up and coming Halloween celebrations.
You could grow some of these lovely little fat dumpling squashes for next year.
You can find varieties in most seed catalogues, for the price of under or just over £2 a packet.
Depending on where you live, don't forget to set your clocks an hour back before you go to bed!

Thanks for reminder (?), Louise!
Lovely photos. I think squashes are wonderful, in shape, form and colour. They taste yummy, but usually look far too good to cut into! xx
Oof, thanks for the reminder - I'm such a muddle heas sometimes - I'm sure to forget it. I'm rather loving those sunchiney chrysanthemums - I'm coming round to the more old fashioned flowers. Dahlias were nobody's favourite five years ago - now they're all the rage aren't they?
I don't have to do that, our clocks don't change until the 31st. So for a week, we here in BC will only be 7 hours behind you instead of 8!
Fab photos Louise!
Love the clock too!
I might have a go at growing some of those Squashes.
;-)
Loving that first photo, Louise. So lovely with the layers of colours.
belated birthday wishes , hope you had a lovely day -- gorgeous flowers too
I think are just lovely. These ones are such a beautiful color. I can hardly wait to set the clocks back. It means another whole hour to make stuff!

I love the squashes!! I grew pumpkins this year and got two medium and one ginormous one!
The little fat dumpling squashes look adorable and pot mums are so cheerful. Thanks for your comments on my blog Louise. They mean a lot to me. x
It is that time of the year again! Love the pics.
Our clocks changed on Saturday night and I just realised that I forgot to change the kitchen one ~ I was rushing around thinking that I would soon have to leave for work! I have an extra hour, so thought that I would catch up with some blog friends.
I love your autumn colours Louise.
Have a wonderful week.
